Payment Policies
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and money orders. We do not accept personal checks.
If you choose Paypal as your payment option, we will email you an invoice after your order has been received.
If you choose money order as your payment option, please make paypable to Barnum Party Candles and mail to:

Payment must be received within 7 days of your order being placed or your order will be cancelled. Orders are mailed in the order that payments are received, so a delay in payment will cause a delay in shipment.
Shipping Policies
We have a TWO WEEK turn around time plus 2-3 days for shipping (6-10 days shipping for Canadian orders)

Orders will be reviewed before your credit card is charged to ensure you receive best shipping price possible. Many orders can be fit into a flat rate box for $9.95 or $13.95 (US). If this is possible with your order, you will see an adjustment to your total on your credit card statement. If paying by Paypal, you will see the adjustment in your invoice. If paying by money order, please wait for confirmation of total from us before sending payment.
Rush Order Policies
As of April 1st, 2008 the charge for a RUSH order is as follows:

There is a $15 minimum order for a Rush Order.
We will deny all rush order requests for custom colors or Canadian orders.
To request a rush order:
Email us with the type of candle, color, quantity and date you need the candles by (all information is needed to make an approval/denial)
Your request will be approved or denied within 24 hours of your request based on our production schedule (if at all possible, we will approve your request)
If your request is approved, you must make your purchase within 24 hours of approval or the approval will be cancelled.
THE APPROPRIATE RUSH FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL. Rush orders will not be processed if you do not pay the applicable rush fee.
Custom Color Policies
If you have a custom color request or just want to make sure the candles match your color(s) as closely as possible, we want to help! When placing your order, please choose "CUSTOM COLOR" from the drop down menu and mail us a color swatch
. If you want us to match a color from Alfred Angelo, you do not have to send a color swatch because we have all of their colors on hand. Please just indicate which color(s) you'd like us to match. Otherwise, we require a mailed color swatch for all custom color requests. Swatches should be mailed with a copy of your order confirmation to:

Return/Exchange/Refund Policies
Please Read
Returns are accepted for exchange only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us prior to exchange for directions.
Exchanges will not be issued until returned candles have been received.
If we fill your order incorrectly, please contact us right away. We will exchange your candles for correct items.
We will pay return shipping expenses on incorrectly filled orders.
If you would like to exchange your candles for a different style or color, you are welcome to do so, however, you are responsible for any price differences, return shipping costs and our cost to send replacement candles to you.
